To be eligible:

1. You, a family member or a friend must specifically ask for and work with Gina when they call Hilltop. 
   
2. The Millbury Monsoon must be used as the sole referral source.
3. Gina must actually close the loan and not have it canceled within the 3 day back out period.
4. You must notify Matt Corridori at 774-276-1280 within 2 weeks after the closing with your name and the name of the person who closed the loan.*
