  I'm not sure what's going on here.  It looks like Jeremy West (#6) is making a payoff to Chad Borci (#28) for some reason.  Monsoon management may have to further investigate this.

Now I know there wasn't a penalty called on this.  This looks like a hold to me.  Leo's shirt is being ripped off him.  Literally.  At the very least there should have been a 20 yard indecent exposure penalty on us.   This really isn't something I wished the camera caught.
