Monsoon Thwarts Warriors

Millbury went three and out on their first series and the Warriors took their opening possession 60 yards for an easy score.  The key play of the game would happen on East Side's next possession.  Forced to punt from deep in their own territory, the kick was fielded at the 32 by Millbury's TJ Porter.  Porter zigzagged across the field and returned the punt for Millbury's first touchdown.   Millbury's would add a field goal before half time to take a three point lead.  The 2nd half was mostly a defensive struggle but Millbury managed to put the game away when QB Josh Ducharme ran in an insurance score from the six yard line.
